- Eviction Protections and Support: Offering guidance and support to tenants facing eviction.
- Addressing Habitability Issues: Assisting tenants in addressing and resolving habitability concerns in their rental units.
- Preservation of Affordable Units: Working diligently to preserve affordable housing options for our community members.
- Tenant Advocacy Training & Tenant’s Association Board Election Assistance: Empowering tenants through advocacy training and assistance with board elections.
- Legal Representation Navigation/Recommendations: Providing guidance and recommendations for accessing legal representation.
- Annual Tenant Rights Conference: Hosting an annual conference to educate tenants about their rights and responsibilities.
- AmeriCorps Vista Tenant Organizers: Engaging AmeriCorps VISTA tenant organizers to support and uplift our tenant community.
